How long have you been in business?
The Postal Solution has been in business since 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is shipping FEDEX, UPS, USPS,and DHL. We also are also a reconized mobile notary agent and provide many services such as Fax, Copy, Print, Computer use, Stamps and Mailbox Rental.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always wanted to be a business owner and have always seen the NE of El Paso as the prime location for my success. The Postal Solution happened because I have always been involved with transportation services and decided that I would get involved with the local shipping services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The Postal Solution has been a dream that has come true with many obstacles that stand in our way daily. I am not a franchise and everything that I do to create awareness and keep this business alive has come from hard work, great service, great appreciation for customers and very reasonable prices. My customers are repeat customers and most of our business is from word of mouth.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As of right now we have one location. We do have plans to expand as soon as we can.
