T Smith Group is a full service Business Brokerage, Business Valuation, and Business Consulting Group offering confidential, professional and effective services for buying and selling businesses, and for professional business valuations provided in support of the buy/sell process or for any reason a professional valuation is needed. Consultation services are provided for development of business plans to support the start-up of a new business and guidance in the process of starting a new business. The group also develops Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) often used in a leveraged transfer of ownership to company employees.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have completed training on business brokerage through the International Business Brokers Assn (IBBA) and on business valuation with the Institute of Business Brokers (IBA) and have successfully passed their certification examinations. I have an MBA in financial management from the University of Texas at Austin.
